Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges are not acceptable in general. If you receive any product damaged we may accept with a 360 degree uncut video which you can share it with us.
- Time frame for returns are 3 days once the product is delivered.
- Condition of items are unused and in original packaging.
- For slight color variations or the products which can be glued easily or missing on stones cannot be returned (especially for temple items or custom products)
- Return label will be provided in this case.
